Why This Book Championing Democratic ‘Values’ is Bringing the GOP to its Knees, and What You Can do to Stop It [VIDEO]

Author Michael J. Knowles recently earned a reputation for saying more with less—and backing it up with sources. His 266-page “comprehensive guide,” Reasons to Vote for Democrats, is blank, aside from the headers and thorough bibliography.

On Fox & Friends today, he explained, “It took a very long time to research this book. I’ve been observing the Democrat party for at least 10 years now, and when I observed their record and the reasons to vote for them on reasons of economics, or foreign policy, or homeland security, or civil rights, and so on, I realized it was probably best to just leave all the pages blank.”

When asked about his chapter on values, he cited the moment at the 2012 Democrat National Convention when Democrats booed God.

Fact-check: They did.

When asked about his chapter on civil rights, he offered some perspective on this history of the Democrat Party:

“I’ve always heard that the Democrats are the party of civil rights; I thought that would be a real easy one to write—turns out it was a real easy one to write, because the Republican Party was actually formed in opposition to slavery, and the Democrats were the party of slavery.

“The Democrats were then the party of Jim Crow, and the Democrats—actually, during the Civil Rights Act of 1964, it was Republicans who voted for that act with over 80% support against Democrat obstruction; and unfortunately, then the policies of the Great Society, which the Democrats pushed, ended up dramatically hurting the very people they were intended to help—so I decided to leave that chapter blank.”

I’ll just leave this on the coffee table and let the reader fact-check that.
