White House Spokesman Sean Spicer’s First Official Press Briefing [VIDEO]

It’s Sean Spicer’s first official press briefing. The media did not like his Saturday press briefing, because according to them, he issued five lies in five minutes, and he didn’t take a single question.

Well, he did this time. The press briefing started right at 1:30 Monday afternoon and lasted until just after 3:00. During that time, he took many questions from the press, ranging from foreign policy, Obamacare, the Trans-Pacific Partnership, China, abortion, jobs and unemployment, Trump’s relationship with the media, crowd sizes, and corporate taxes.

He got a chance to clarify his comments on the extremely “controversial” issue of inauguration day crowd sizes. He didn’t bring it up. ABC’s Jonathan Karl did.

In response, Spicer said that he stands by his original statement, clarifying that when he said, “This was the largest audience to ever witness an inauguration, period – both in person and around the globe,” he meant collectively. In other words, not just in person, but also taking into account internet viewers and TV viewers.

This of course was not the focal point of the press conference, and he didn’t say anything about crowd sizes in his opening statement.
