What We’re Reading November 5, 2015

We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

You’re welcome.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading, Thursday, November 5, 2015.

Trending: Deep Web Chat Logs Show Conspiracy to Overthrow Trump?

Tuesday night held a lot of very good things for the GOP across the country and particularly in Kentucky and Virginia.

By the way, new analysis of election scheduling shows that contrary to the narrative, the Democrat Party (and their supporters) work hard at suppressing the vote in state and local elections.

While some conservatives still don’t trust him, Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) seems to have survived his missteps on immigration and may yet become the next GOP presidential candidate.

Even San Francisco’s liberal voters can’t seem to stomach the “Sanctuary City” nonsense.

Democrat efforts on gun control are falling on deaf ears and costing them millions!

Foolish Democrats blame “Trump-mania” for Tea Party conservative Matt Bevin’s BIG win in Kentucky.

If we though the Syrian conflict was ugly now… just wait, things could get much worse.

The GOP probably shouldn’t expect a “fair” debate when most of the media has already said some pretty harsh things about most of the candidates… particularly Donald Trump.

Rush Limbaugh has an interesting take on why it seems that the media has been moving leftward at such a fast pace in recent days… it’s because the mainstream media is being destroyed by conservative media.

Things in Iran seem to be getting worse now that the nuke deal has been pushed through… not better.

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the supreme leader, said the “Death to America” slogan is eternal. New anti-American billboards in Tehran include a mockery of the Iwo Jima flag-raising photograph that symbolized Marine sacrifice in World War II. And an Iranian knockoff version of K.F.C., the chicken chain widely associated with the United States, was summarily closed after two days.

“It feels like a witch hunt,” said one Iranian-American businessman in Tehran, who dared not speak for attribution over fear for his safety. “It’s pretty scary.”
