What We’re Reading January 29, 2016

We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

You’re welcome.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading, Friday, January 29, 2016.

Will skipping the last GOP debate before Iowa (and in Iowa) end up being a BIG mistake for Donald Trump? Team Trump says they’re skipping the debate because the daughter of a Fox News executive works for the [score]Marco Rubio[/score] campaign.

69% of Americans says the idea of “President Trump” makes them very anxious. Can a man who makes 70% of the country nervous actually win the White House? I don’t think so.

By the way, Donald Trump was very stingy with veterans before he started running for President. His generous nature (with veterans) is a very new development. In fact, in past years he gave more to Hillary Clinton than he did to our veterans.

Political campaigns are employing some very scary technology to make sure they win… and no one is safe.

Obamacare isn’t working. It’s made healthcare more expensive and the uninsured have no idea when enrollment is supposed to happen.

Did French authorities just avert another disaster? A Muslim man was arrested (along with a woman) near Disneyland Paris with illegal handguns and a Koran.

In the fight between [score]Ted Cruz[/score] and Donald Trump – is it all about style?

Jeb Bush wasted the biggest campaign war chest our nation has ever seen. If you donated to Jeb… don’t worry, your money was used to make Bush and his staff very comfortable.

[score]Bernie Sanders[/score] is very worried that Microsoft will rig the game in Iowa for Hillary Clinton.

Bernie isn’t in to all this “god stuff”.

“I think everyone believes in God in their own ways,” he said. “To me, it means that all of us are connected, all of life is connected, and that we are all tied together.”

The Zika Virus is terrifying would-be parents around the world.
