Ted Cruz Releases a Trio of Ads and None of them Mention You Know Who

Texas Senator [score]Ted Cruz[/score] (R-TX) is currently involved in the political fight of his life (but you knew that already) with billionaire businessman and GOP frontrunner for the presidency, Donald Trump. The entire 2016 GOP campaign has been filled with vitriol but in recent weeks things have gone to a whole new level of WHOA. The most recent controversy that has spun out of control centered around the wives of the candidates after a (non-Cruz related) Super PAC attacked Trump and his wife Melania for not sharing conservative values. Trumps responded quickly by attacking Cruz’s wife, Heidi, which of course led to an ever-descending series of retorts from both candidates. As the furor over the wives seemed to die down, the National Enquirer (which has endorsed Donald Trump) released a “story” accusing Cruz of having had multiple extramarital affairs. All of this again led to a spike in drama between the two candidates.

So it was a nice change of pace when Senator Cruz released three new political ads at the end of last week and none of them had anything negative to say about Donald Trump.

Tax Plan, Worried, and Every Day Fighter see Senator Cruz focusing on the things that matter most to voters — their families, jobs and livelihoods. The commercials also remind conservative voters that Senator Cruz is a true conservative with very conservative plans for our nation.

Tax Plan:

Trending: Why Jews and Christians Can’t Pray on the Temple Mount… but Muslims Can

Every Day Fighter:

Hopefully this will kick off a new trend in the campaign where the remaining candidates focus on the issues instead of demagoguing each other and dragging each other through the mud.
