I’m not sure on what basis Stevie Wonder condemns climate change skeptics of being “blind or unintelligent.” No one can see climate change. They have to take the word of “experts”—or rather some experts at the expense of others.
I’m not shocked that he made these statement, but I would like to know why he chose a fundraiser to use as a platform for his attack. When you’re trying to raise money to help people, love demands that you keep your political opinions to yourself for the sake of the people you are trying to help.

Singer Stevie Wonder kicked off Tuesday’s star studded Hand In Hand telethon to raise money for hurricane recovery by getting political. Wonder started the show by saying, “Anyone who believes that there’s no such thing as global warming must be blind or unintelligent.”
The Hand In Hand telethon was run on every broadcast network to benefit victims of hurricanes Harvey, which devastated the Houston area, and Irma, which slammed Florida over the weekend. The event mirrors past telethons for natural disasters.
Beyoncé also decided to use the charity fundraiser to promote climate change ideology and also make a statement for diversity:
