Senator Ted Cruz Makes Liberal Obamacare Architect Look Foolish

One of our favorite Senators, Mr. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has a brilliant team that works hard to pump out some great social network memes and ads. His most recent exposes the craven way in which liberals will lie when they are caught out of character.

Liberal Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber was testifying on Capitol Hill Tuesday, where he made the rather amazing statement that he did not remember calling his fellow Americans “stupid.” Never mind the fact that he said roughly the same statement a handful of times… and never mind that they were all recorded for posterity… The comments fit the theme of his many speaking engagements and was obviously part of his prepared and planned out remarks.

Even when Gruber is under oath… he’s obviously lying.

Here’s what Ted Cruz said when posting the video below on his Facebook page.

It’s almost like a skit straight out of SNL. Obamacare’s architect says the stupidity of the American voter was critical to passing the law, but claims he doesn’t remember saying it! ‪#‎FullRepeal

This bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO scores the mandate as taxes the bill dies. In terms of Risk Rated Subsidies, if you get a law that makes explicit healthy people pay in and sick people get money. It would not have passed.

Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. Call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever. But basically, that was really, really critical to getting the thing to pass.

… We could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.”
