Russian General Accuses U.S. of Working with Former ISIS Fighters

Are we using ISIS fighters under a new name? That doesn’t sound like Donald Trump, but it does sound like the deep state.

Using “former” ISIS fighters would not be a new tactic of the United States government. Donald Trump infamously called Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton the co-founders of ISIS for doing that kind of thing.

It seems strange that Donald Trump would knowingly engage in this kind of activity. On the other hand, we see many elements within the Federal Government working hard to preserve the deep state agenda and frustrate Trump’s plans. And who knows how much backing they have in Congress. After all, only two percent of them back Tulsi Gabbard’s and Rand Paul’s “Stop Arming Terrorists Act.”

The chief of the Russian General Staff has accused the United States of training former Islamic State fighters in Syria to try to destabilize the country.

General Valery Gerasimov’s allegations, made in a newspaper interview, center on a U.S. military base at Tanf, a strategic Syrian highway border crossing with Iraq in the south of the country.

Russia says the U.S. base is illegal and that it and the area around it have become “a black hole” where militants operate unhindered.

The United States says the Tanf facility is a temporary base used to train partner forces to fight Islamic State.
