So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Monday November 17, 2014.
Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) says that because Democrats hate big money in politics they have to raise EVEN MORE BIG MONEY so they can win and end big money politics.
“Well, I think that, for the moment, it will take money to win the election to get people there who believe in taking the money out,” she said, stopping to hug Democracy Alliance donor Wayne Jordan, a real estate developer from her hometown of San Francisco.
“People really know that this has to happen – that you just can’t go down this path of secret, undisclosed dark money then attracting other kinds of money,” Pelosi said.
Here is an article from a white liberal man, Nicholas Kristof, who explains that white people “just don’t get it.” It gets tiresome seeing liberals act like the rest of us just don’t understand what they are saying. I get it. I understand white privilege. My problems with the argument have nothing to do with lack of understanding, thanks.
President Obama is planning to use Executive Authority to grant amnesty to almost 5 million people, but he should think about Oregon before he does so. Passing Executive Amnesty could hurt the Democrat Party as much as Obamacare has.
