What We’re Reading January 8, 2015

We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Thursday January 8, 2015.

Trending: Muslim Religious Leader says Saying Merry Christmas is Worse than Murder

The attack on Charlie Hebdo magazine in Paris is an attack on American values and an attack on liberty in general. The President sold out Charlie Hebdo and it all started some two years ago when the administration lied and pretended some video was to blame for the Benghazi terrorist attack.

Cuba has decided that they don’t want to release the prisoners they agreed to release when they signed a deal with the Obama White House. While this news may shock the Obama administration… no one else seems very surprised.

Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) said it best… this deal with Cuba stinks – Cuba gets everything and the USA gets nothing. Also, the deal could be a revitalizing force for the Castro’s.

Only a small number of Americans actually believe that the United States won the war in Afghanistan. Less than 15% of Americans think we won the war!

The police in Los Angeles will begin using tasers that will automatically turn on body cams when they are in use.

Every parent knows this… children are not BORN nice. The way they are raised and the experiences they have all play a huge part in deciding whether or not they will be nice people.
