What We’re Reading January 7, 2015

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Wednesday January 7, 2015.

John Boehner (R-OH) has held on to his position as Speaker of the House. Sadly, though he told Republicans to vote their conscience and implied there would be no revenge for their votes against him… that seems to have been a lie. The Republicans who stood against him have already begun to feel the wrath of Boehner’s vengeance.

Christianity has played a key role in the economic resurgence of China.

Whoa. A plurality of Americans believe that the police protesters bear at least some responsibility for the assassinations of NYPD officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu.

The GOP needs to forget about Jeb Bush and the other Presidential contenders from the last generation. They need new blood and they’ve got it in spades… so they should rely on the young guns now.

The faculty at Harvard HATE Obamacare. It’s just too bad they were supporting it a few years ago. Now they look foolish.

There are no magic bullets for the GOP to use as they prepare to lead the government in Washington, D.C.

Man, it sure does feel like the Democrat Party is stuck in 1979.

This is what it looks like when the government is actually working properly.
