Racist Black Girl Attacks Cracker Barrel Patrons, Immediately Regrets it

A racist black girl walked into Cracker Barrel and decided it would be a good idea to tweet about it. That wouldn’t have been a problem, except for the fact that her tweet was completely racist.

Now if you are from the south or have visited any part of the south, then you have very likely eaten at one of the soul food serving restaurants. If not, you’re missing out big time!

So she walks in and notices that there are mostly white people in the restaurant at the time and tweets out, “At Cracker Barrel 4 the 1st time. Looking at the sea of white folk in cowboy hats & wondering “will they let my black ass walk out of here?”

As one commenter stated, yes they would have let her walk out. In fact, they would have probably held the door open for her and smiled as she walked past. That’s just how we are here in the south.

Opening Info reports:

Ijeoma Oluo, a social justice activist, went to the Cracker Barrel for the first time and one thing cached her eye. She didn’t notice the southern-style hospitality or the kindness of the employees, instead, she centered her attention on the color of the skin of the people who were there, which was dominantly white.

It’s ironic that Oluo was worried about her safety just because the dominant skin color was white. It’s commonly known that in dominantly black cities the crime rates are higher especially black-on-black crimes.

Oluo’s illogical fear that “white folk in cowboy hats” will harm her is ridiculous. There is definitely no safer place than the Cracker Barrel where friendly people come to eat each day.

This is why she got the response she deserved on Twitter.

Boom. People are just people. No matter what the color of their skin looks like.
