Planned Parenthood CEO on DACA: ‘Everyone Has the Right to Live’

Planned Parenthood stepped up to the plate to bat for DACA, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. They spoke about how cruel it was that President Trump was doing away with the program and even said that “every person has the right to live.”

I find this statement painfully ironic, and hypocritical, considering that Planned Parenthood is the mother of abortion clinics. While pro-life advocates are fighting for the children’s lives who are being ripped away, PP is killing babies with one hand and shaking the other one at Trump.

Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards said, “Here at Planned Parenthood, we firmly believe that every person has the right to live, work, and raise a family freely and without the threat of deportation or separation.”

I can’t be the only one who was blown away at the ignorance here. Even Tucker Carlson said, “Apparently the batteries in Planned Parenthood’s irony detectors failed.”

Fox News reports:

Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced on Tuesday that the administration will phase out the Obama-era executive order, which has been criticized as unconstitutional.

Congress has six months to come up with a legislative solution to protect the 800,000 “Dreamers” who were brought to the U.S. illegally as children.

Richards charged that the program’s scrapping was an attack on those protected under it, including “members of the Planned Parenthood community.”

“I’m infuriated,” she wrote. “I’m heartbroken. But I’m sure about one thing: Planned Parenthood stands with DREAMers, the young people in this community who are the future of this country.”

Here is the clip of Carlson presenting the situation and commenting on the absurdity:
