Mom Sentenced to Jail After Declining Vaccinations for Her Baby

Wow. We are officially living in a time where a parent can be sent to jail for refusing to inject their precious babies with toxic substances.

Parents who do not want to vaccinate their children have been given a negative stigma and are looked at with such disdain. Many doctors begin to turn those patients away and chastise parents who use the vaccine exemption forms to protect themselves.

Detroit mother Rebecca Bredow has been sentenced to seven daily in jail for refusing to vaccinate her son. She was ordered by a judge to get it done, and since she refused, she now faces the penalty. The father has been granted temporary custody of the child during this time, to get him vaxxed.

WSBTV reports:

Bredow’s ex-husband wants their son to receive the vaccinations, but as primary caregiver, Bredow has declined.

“I would rather sit behind bars standing up for what I believe in, than giving in to something I strongly don’t believe in,” Bredow told WXYZ.

She had one week to comply with a judge’s order to get her child his shots, or she could go to jail.

Bredow and the child’s father had made the decision to get their child vaccinated when he was born, but space them out, delaying some.

She said, “It wasn’t until they started grouping them together that I backed off of doing vaccines.”

Considering that skipping and/or delaying vaccines is allowed in Michigan, her sentencing appears to be a complete violation of rights.

Anti-vaxxer advocate Joel Dorfman said, “We’re fortunate in the state of Michigan that’s still permitted, still allow religious, personal and medical exemptions for parents who chose to delay, to skip a vaccine to make various choices.”

Bredow had a week to have the child brought up to date on his vaccines, according to the judge’s court order.
