ISIS has Executed 74 Children and 86 Women!

A new report released by the group Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has found that over the last twelve months ISIS has executed more than 3,000 people, including 74 children!

These deaths are not part of the far larger number of ISIS related deaths due to war, starvation and other collateral damage from the wars in Syria and Iraq. These 3,000+ deaths were all meticulous and planned out executions delivered under the ISIS “system of law.”

Among the thousands of Arab and Kurdish civilians executed by the group in Syria in the last year, 86 were women.

But the violent Islamist group appears to demonstrate a particular interest in children, releasing videos of children fighting in cages and undertaking military training.

The report also details moves undertaken by the group to entice children to join, which include setting up offices ‘cubs of the caliphate’ that recruit children to fight for Isis.

Isis has used various methods of execution, including beheading, stoning and burning individuals alive.

This report comes on the heels of new video footage showing ISIS terrorists coming up with new and ever more disgusting ways to murder their victims. The video showed ISIS thugs killing their victims by locking them in a cage and drowning them, locking them in a car and firing a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) at the car, and by tying explosives around their necks and then detonating them. It’s a testament to the depravity and evil that runs throughout the vile organization that they would be able to even dream up these horrible methods of murder.

ISIS kids cage fightEven after 12 months and more than 3000+ executions, plus thousands more deaths, the world community seems unable to stem the tide that is ISIS. The organization continues to grow and metastasize, even as their neighbors in the Middle East grow ever more worried that the violence will spill across their borders. In the US, our government talks a big game when it comes to stopping the violence, but in reality, what can we actually do? Do we send troops to battle ISIS in Iraq and Syria, even though they pose no real threat to our nation (yet)? Do we engage in yet another long military slog in the Middle East when ISIS has already spread to Libya and Yemen as well? Don’t forget we are also still dealing with Al Qaeda in Pakistan and the Taliban in Afghanistan and various other terrorists groups scattered throughout the world.

The answer to the ISIS question doesn’t come easy, and in the end there may be nothing we can do. Nothing but sit and watch as these horrors continue…
