Is Obama Guilty of Treason? 6 More US Soldiers Killed by Taliban in Afghanistan!

Our friend Brian Kolfage is a true American hero. He was a Senior Airman serving his second deployment in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004 when a rocket burst near him seriously injuring him. He miraculously survived the blast and is now considered the most severely wounded Airman in American history, so when he speaks of military issues, we should all listen.

On Monday he posted an article to his website, Wounded American Warrior, arguing that President Obama was guilty of treason and that his hands were soaked with the blood of American victims.

The problem, Kolfage says, is that the Obama administration has once again misplayed our foreign policy. Just a little over a month ago the Obama administration told the world that we were no longer fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan, on the contrary, we now saw the Taliban as an “important partner”!

US is no longer conducting counter-terrorism operations against the Taliban in Afghanistan because it views the group as an important partner in its efforts for restoring peace in the war-ravaged country, US Department of Defence said.

“What we’re not doing (is) counter-terrorism operations against the Taliban,” Pentagon spokesman Navy Captain Jeff Davis told a Wednesday evening news briefing in Washington.

“We actually view the Taliban as being an important partner in a peaceful Afghan-led reconciliation process. We are not actively targeting the Taliban,” he added.

Except that somebody forgot to tell the Taliban that we were working together because on Monday, they killed 6 American soldiers serving with NATO in Bargam, Afghanistan.

From CNN:

A suicide bomber on a motorbike carried out the attack on a joint patrol of Afghan and coalition forces at about 1:30 p.m. in the Bajawri area of Bagram district, said Waheed Sediqi, a spokesman for the governor of Parwan province.

The area is close to the U.S. base in the Bagram district of northern Parwan province.

“We’re deeply saddened by this loss,” Brig. Gen. Wilson Shoffner said in a statement. “Our heartfelt sympathies go out to the families and friends of those affected in this tragic incident, especially during this holiday season.”

The Taliban said in a tweet that it had used a motorcycle to carry out a suicide attack on a crowd of U.S. troops in Bagram at about 1 p.m.

CNN later confirmed that all 6 of the NATO soldiers killed were American service members.

This could have all been avoided, but instead the callous indifference and criminal naïveté of the Obama administration and of Obama himself continued to put our soldiers in greater danger than necessary. By choosing to pretend that the Taliban were worthy of our trust and actually capable of anything other than evil and malicious actions, he led our soldiers to slaughter. It is one thing to send soldiers to war, it is something else entirely to endanger their lives in pursuit of his own selfish political ambition and his vain desire for a “legacy.” Kolfage is right, this is treason.
