Intruder Held at Gunpoint After Eating Food, Putting Dirty Dishes in Sink

A man in Wisconsin broke into a home, ate all their food, and then put his dirty dishes in the sink. Almost sounds like a certain nursery rhyme we all know: Goldilocks.

However, Goldilocks wasn’t held at gunpoint by a responsible gun owner until the police arrived….this man was!

Kenneth Fish awoke the woman living in the home, who immediately woke her husband. He grabbed a gun and detained him.

According to a criminal complaint, a woman woke up early Friday when she heard someone open the bedroom door of her home on Hanson Court. She saw a shadowy figure in the doorway and yelled for her husband to wake up and grab the gun.

The intruder, identified as 31-year-old Kenneth Fish, began running through the house as the owner retrieved an unloaded rifle. Fish ran out a sliding door but stopped on the patio when the woman cocked the gun.

Fish was holding one of the couple’s energy drinks and had one of their lighters in his pockets, according to the complaint. He told them he believed he was at his friend’s home in West Salem.

The occupants later discovered Fish had eaten an entire rack of ribs, half a chicken breast, a pickle and some cookies. They noted he had put his dirty dishes in the sink.

Of course this was not Fish’s first offense. He had many prior convictions leading up to this.

One must wonder though, what on God’s green earth was this guy high on? You’d almost have to be high or strung out to break into someone’s home, eat all their food, and then place your dirty dishes in the sink. It’s as if he either thought he was in his own home (unlikely) or he felt like if he put the dishes in the sink, he was making up for eating their food.

My guess is the latter of the two.

What would your reaction be to waking up and finding someone was just kinda chilling after eating all your food?
