Hillary Clinton: ‘I Was on my Way to Winning’…Until This Happened [VIDEO]

It would be political suicide for Hillary Clinton to be honest about why she lost. If she were honest, she would have acknowledged that she was a terrible candidate who was able to garner support only in big, rich cities like LA and New York.

But since she very well may be running again for some public office, she’s got to toe the line. She can’t blame herself. She’s got to pin the blame on FBI Director James Comey and ‘Russian Wikileaks.’

“I was on the way to winning until a combination of Jim Comey’s letter on October 28, and Russian WikiLeaks raised doubts in the minds of people who were inclined to vote for me, but got scared off,” she told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour.

Those who were inclined to vote for Hillary voted for Hillary. The emails and Comey’s letter only changed the minds of those who were on the fence, those who couldn’t decide between Hillary and Trump. And that’s got to be a very small amount of people.

Some 8 million Obama voters voted for Trump in 2016. They didn’t vote for him because of ‘Russian Wikileaks’ or because of Comey’s letter indicating that the FBI had reopened its investigation into Hillary Clinton. I think they voted for Trump because they saw the failure of the Democratic Party over the last eight years. They saw the broken promises. “Just words, just speeches,” Obama said during his first campaign.

It goes without saying that people were not swayed to vote for Trump over Hillary just because of ‘mostly routine stuff’ released by Wikileaks, and Comey’s letter. But Hillary wouldn’t dare admit that.
