Democrat Leader has Severe Case of Election Delusion

We’ve often questioned Debbie Wasserman Schultz’ hold on reality. She usually seems at a loss for words or attempting to force her own oddly skewed vision of the world on to other people.

The chairwoman of the Democrat National Committee may finally have gone full crazy, as you’ll see from her latest message to the Democrat faithful. In her recently posted video message to her fellow Democrats, she attempts to paint a rosy picture of an America that only she seems to reside in.

“…..But our party has a problem. We know we’re right on the issues. The American people believe in the causes we’re fighting for. But the electoral success we have when our Presidential nominee is able to make a case to the country as a whole, doesn’t translate in other elections. That’s why we lost in 2010, and that’s why we lost on Tuesday. We’ve got to do better…..”

This is a sad departure from reality, even for Wasserman Schultz. The Democrats are not “right” on the issues; perhaps the majority of Americans do agree with them on SOME of the issues… but Americans also disagree on some MAJOR issues.

For example – Americans might agree on raising the minimum wage (a useless idea), taxing the rich/business (a backwards idea), how to handle illegal immigrants already here (a bad idea) and on some other things

But they also hate Obamacare, are tired of our lazy economic growth, despise personally spending more on taxes and fees, and are done with liberal policies in general.

The point is that the Cons of the Democrat Party outweigh the Pros. You could poll any number of issues and find that the average voter has more common ground with one party or the other… but at the end of the day, on the biggest, most pressing issues, Republicans win. Which is why the current House Congressional map looks like this…
