Another Video Emerges of Obamacare Architect Calling Americans “STUPID” (UPDATED: 4th Video Uncovered!)

We told you about the newly uncovered video showing Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber calling Americans stupid and championing the lack of transparency in politics as a good thing. Well, since that video leaked Gruber has gone into damage control – by appearing on MSNBC and kind of apologizing.

“I was speaking off the cuff and I basically spoke inappropriately, and I regret having made those comments.”

However, since his apology at least two more videos of two different occasions have surfaced of him saying basically the same thing to different people!

“It confirms people’s greatest fear about the government,” Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., told Fox News on Wednesday. “Remember, it was Nancy Pelosi who said first you have to pass it before you get to find out what’s in it.

And then there was this

A third video has surfaced of Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber bragging about pulling the wool over the eyes of the American public in order to help implement Obamacare.

obamacaredisaster“It’s a very clever, you know, basic exploitation of the lack of economic understanding of the American voter,” Gruber, an economist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, said during a speech at the University of Rhode Island in November 2012.

He was discussing what is known as the Cadillac tax and how it came into being.

Of course, every Democrat not named Angus King (I-ME) (I guess King isn’t technically a Democrat…) is distancing themselves from Mr. Gruber’s comments.

But shouldn’t this make everyone angry? I mean, shouldn’t even Obama voters be upset that this guy is admitting that the Democrats sold Obamacare by relying on the fact that no one could understand the actual bill?

But listen, conservatives… he’s not talking about us. Or at least, he shouldn’t be. We have been saying that Obamacare was a pack of lies since they began trying to force it upon us. Not a single Republican in Congress supported Obamacare, the Tea Party was built on the back of Obamacare, Republican voters all over the country despise Obamacare.

So Gruber must be talking about Democrat voters, right? Gruber and his liberal pals believe that Democrat voters are complete idiots. The Democrat leadership who put this healthcare bill together, think that their own supporters are too stupid to trust with the truth. So they sold them a bill of goods and hoped they wouldn’t notice that things weren’t turning out the way they were supposed to.

Silly Democrat voters… it’s not just Republicans who think you’re stupid. Your own leaders think you are a pack of raving idiots… congratulations.

CNN is reporting that a 4th video has been found with Jonathan Gruber admitting that the Obamacare designers purposely misled American voters to ensure the bill would pass.

In this fourth video, Gruber’s language is not as stark as in three previous instances, but his suggestion that Obamacare proponents engaged in less-than-honest salesmanship remains.

“Barack Obama’s not a stupid man, okay?” Gruber said in his remarks at the College of the Holy Cross on March 11, 2010. “He knew when he was running for president that quite frankly the American public doesn’t actually care that much about the uninsured….What the American public cares about is costs. And that’s why even though the bill that they made is 90% health insurance coverage and 10% about cost control, all you ever hear people talk about is cost control. How it’s going to lower the cost of health care, that’s all they talk about. Why? Because that’s what people want to hear about because a majority of American care about health care costs.”
