Look, I’m not a “conspiracy theorist,” though I do believe some conspiracy theories have merit. In general I believe that most conspiracy theories are bunk-filled fairytales that some people tell to make themselves feel better about their lot in life. However, when it comes to the conspiracy theories that swirl around the Clinton clan, I tend to buy the old axiom, ‘where there is smoke, there’s fire.’
Over the years the Clinton family has simply had far too many happenstance situations befall them for me to honestly believe that there isn’t something amiss in the land of Clinton.
The latest example of the “Clinton Curse” comes to us from the pages of the New York Post, which reported on Sunday that yet another Clinton lackey had been found dead under odd circumstances.
Disgraced former United Nations official John Ashe was facing trial for tax fraud and was set to appear in court on Monday, June 27th. Sadly, Mr. Ashe never made his appointed appearance… because he died on Sunday the 26th. How did Ashe die? Well, there was some confusion as the earliest reports claimed a heart attack had taken his life, but it appears those early reports were wrong. Apparently, Ashe was killed when the barbell he’d been lifting fell and CRUSHED his throat. I kid you not.

Ashe’s death has many wondering if the old Clinton conspiracy theories will be reborn because as one source told the New York Post, “During the trial, the prosecutors would have linked Ashe to the Clinton bagman Ng. It would have been very embarrassing. His death was conveniently timed.”
How could Ashe have hurt the Clintons?
Ashe was due in court Monday with his Chinese businessman co-defendant Ng Lap Seng, who is charged with smuggling $4.5 million into the US since 2013 and lying that it was to buy art and casino chips.
Ng was identified in a 1998 Senate report as the source of hundreds of thousands of dollars illegally funneled through an Arkansas restaurant owner, Charlie Trie, to the Democratic National Committee during the Clinton administration. (Ng was not charged with any crime.)
Ashe was the connection between the Clinton family, China, and millions of dollars in corruption money that poured through Arkansas and Washington, D.C. in the 90’s. Ashe’s death may not provide much ammo to Republicans bent on bringing the corrupt Clinton clan down… but it will indubitably stoke new conspiracy fires about just how far the Clintons will go in their lust for power, influence, and money.
