So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Wednesday September 10, 2014.

More good news for the GOP as it pertains to the November elections. Stu Rothenberg of the Rothenberg Report is starting to see a wave building for Republicans.

CNN’s Ruben Navarette explains why immigration reform advocates should be hoping for a Republican President if they truly want to get meaningful reforms passed.

HotAir has a great piece discussing a recent Politico article that seems to wonder why Republicans didn’t save the Democrats from themselves on this whole effort to curb the Freedom of Speech.

Muslim terrorists in Iraq are just as big of cowards as they are in other places. The UN has proof that ISIS is using children as suicide bombers. Meanwhile, our leaders are stepping up cooperation with the kingdom of Jordan over fears that they will be next on the ISIS hit list. Lebanon is also beginning to worry that ISIS will soon set their sights on the small nation to Israel’s north.

Our Senate is divided on whether or not the President needs authorization from Congress to act on ISIS – and the vote isn’t necessarily split along party lines.

Hey! Don’t forget about that plague of Ebola that is running roughshod over West Africa. Apparently it is still spreading “exponentially” and Africa is in a world of hurt.
