Breaking News

What We’re Reading June 9, 2014

We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

You’re welcome.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Monday June 9, 2014.

Let’s face it. Foreign policy wise the Democrat and Republican parties are not that far apart on the basics. That has been a huge problem for our nation – in fact, you could argue that the foreign policy of the political leadership of both parties has been a complete disaster.

Pope Francis told Israeli and Palestinian leaders they “must respond” to their people’s yearning for peace “undaunted in dialogue” during an unprecedented prayer meeting among Jews, Christians and Muslims at the Vatican on Sunday.

Illegal immigrants are flooding across our borders. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) lays most of the blame at the feet of the White House – saying that the fault lies with the lawlessness of the Obama administration.

A full half of the country believes that Hillary Clinton is at fault for the Benghazi scandal… but the majority of Americans still like her. That is because the majority of Americans (who still like Hillary Clinton) are complete fools who choose not to think critically about ANYTHING.

Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl has thus far refused to speak to his family over the phone. He is recuperating in Germany, before he makes the eventual trip back to the states.

Those “evil” Koch brothers just donated $25 Million to the United Negro College Fund… now liberals are freaking out. Apparently conservatives aren’t allowed to give money to African-Americans.
