Does CNN Think Michelle Obama Can Sign Bills into Law?

Hopefully CNN anchor Carol Costello was simply a bit confused when she decided that First Lady Michelle Obama had the power to sign a bill into law (even a bill as bad as one that mandates what kind of food every school district in the country must serve).

I am not so certain that Costello is confused here. The sentence she constructs to open her remarks is well thought out and well-articulated – if she simply had a momentary bit of confusion she likely would have stumbled over her words.

I honestly believe that she probably doesn’t realize that Michelle Obama cannot sign something into law.

Which speaks volumes about our modern watchdog media…
