As each day passes, we see how the Democrats running Broward County’s election returns are breaking election laws in a desperate effort to steal the election for their party.
For instance, on Saturday it was reported by the Miami Herald that Broward’s Democrat Election Supervisor, Brenda Snipes, “accidentally” mixed in all the bad provisional ballots with the good ones and then counted all of them as good.
“The mistake — for which no one had a solution Friday night — was discovered after Snipes agreed to present 205 provisional ballots to the Broward County canvassing board for inspection,” the paper reported. “She had initially intended to handle the ballots administratively, but agreed to present them to the canvassing board after Republican attorneys objected.”
But that is far from the only violation of election laws going on in the Florida election.
As former Bush campaign guru Karl Rove noted, Democrats are “recklessly violating state law” in this election fiasco.
“This looks like a repeat of the actions in Florida in the 2000 presidential election, when Democratic officials ignored state election laws – and were slapped down by the U.S. Supreme Court in a 7-2 decision,” Rove added.
For instance, on Election Night, Snipes reported 634,000 votes had been cast but only two days later she was suddenly reporting that 712,840 votes had been cast in her jurisdiction.
Where the heck did almost 79,000 brand new votes suddenly come from almost over night?
Worse, there is no way to know how many more may miraculously come to light in the coming days if this is allowed to continue.
“Broward County officials blatantly disregarded the Florida law requiring that all vote-by-mail and absentee ballots be accounted for within 30 minutes of the polls closing,” Rove noted.
Snipes then refused to allow Republican officials to inspect all ballots before they are submitted to the Canvassing Board. And she refused other requests for public records that should be available under Florida’s expansive “sunshine laws,” drawing a sharp rebuke from a judge late Friday afternoo
But Broward isn’t the only Democrat stronghold suddenly “finding” new votes. There are also problems in next-door Palm Beach County.
On Wednesday morning, Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher stopped filing updates of the vote count with the Florida Department of State as required by law. The law mandates that she report every 45 minutes until all the election results are in.
Instead, Bucher dropped news of the 15,000 surprise ballots she’s counted since Tuesday night at any time she chose.
But the violations continue to pile up:
Besides telling the state to get lost, Bucher is also refusing to allow designated official political party representatives into the ballot counting area. She’s kept them isolated behind a glass wall where they can’t see and hear all that’s going on – yet another violation of Florida election law.
Even more troubling, Bucher has copied vote-by-mail ballots that she claims are damaged, but without allowing witnesses to observe the process as required by Florida law. In fact, she explicitly denied requests for witnesses to see her staff at work.
As election supervisor, Bucher also assumed the power to determine what constitutes a “valid vote.” Under Florida law, she doesn’t have that authority. She can only refer questionable ballots to the county’s bipartisan Canvassing Board.
Notice how this stuff never happens in Republican counties?
The next time votes for Republicans are “miraculously discovered” after an election will be the first time it happens. But every single election Democrat votes mysteriously materialize days, sometimes weeks after election day.
When will Americans have enough of this criminal vote fraud by Democrats?
