With sudden accusations that Judge Brett Kavanaugh assaulted a woman when he was a high school teenager back in the early 1980s roiling his confirmation hearings, two women who dated him when he was young are standing four-square behind the judge.
The two women have now gone on record to say that they do not believe the accusations against Kavanaugh.
According to the Daily Wire:
“Brett Kavanaugh and I have been good friends since high school,” said Maura Fitzgerald, who dated Kavanaugh in college. “I dated him in college and he was and is nothing like the person who has been described. He always conducted himself honorably with me at all times when we were together. He was always a perfect gentleman, and I vouch for him completely.”
“I’ve been friends with Brett Kavanaugh for over 35 years, and dated him during high school,” said Maura Kane, another woman Kavanaugh dated. “In every situation where we were together he was always respectful, kind and thoughtful. The accusations leveled against him in no way represent the decent young man I knew. We remain good friends and I admire him as a husband, father and professional.”

These two women are far from the only females siding with Kavanaugh.
Fully five dozen women who knew Judge Brett Kavanaugh when he was younger signed a letter of support after liberals smeared him with fake charges that he tried to rape a girl in high school nearly 40 years ago.
“We are women who have known Brett Kavanaugh for more than 35 years and knew him while he attended high school between 1979 and 1983. For the entire time we have known Brett Kavanaugh, he has behaved honorably and treated women with respect. We strongly believe it is important to convey this information to the Committee at this time,” the letter states. “Brett attended Georgetown Prep, an all-boys high school in Rockville, Maryland. He was an outstanding student and athlete with a wide circle of friends. Almost all of us attended all girls high schools in the area. We knew Brett well through social events, sports, church, and various other activities. Many of us have remained close friends with him and his family over the years.”
“Through the more than 35 years we have known him, Brett has stood out for his friendship, character, and integrity. In particular, he has always treated women with decency and respect. That was true when he was in high school, and it has remained true to this day,” the letter continues. “The signers of this letter hold a broad range of political views. Many of us are not lawyers, but we know Brett Kavanaugh as a person. And he has always been a good person.”
The letter comes one day after Senator Feinstein referred Kavanaugh to the FBI for investigation after receiving a letter from an unnamed woman. In a statement released by Feinstein Thursday, the Democrat implied wrongdoing by Kavanaugh without offering any evidence or transparency.
Kavanaugh does not deserve the treatment he is being forced to undergo. But, it just shows that lies are the left’s stock and trade.
