Washington College That Told White People to Leave Campus Suffers ‘Catastrophic’ Decline in Enrollment

After Antifa rioters demanded that white people leave the campus of Evergreen State College, enrollment for the 2018 school year plummeted. So, mission accomplished, apparently.

The left-wing, Antifa creeps running — or we should say ruining — Olympia, Washington’s Evergreen State College told white people to leave the campus last year in a series of social justice riots aimed at intimidating white students. But now it looks like all too many of those white students are only too happy to oblige. College administrators have announced that the college has just suffered a “catastrophic” loss of new student applicants for this year.

The publicly funded college – committed to social justice – became the poster child of a campus overrun by hyper-political correctness when students shut down the campus and shouted down then-evolutionary biology professor Bret Weinstein for merely questioning the event kicking white people off campus.

Weinstein, who describes himself as “deeply progressive,” ultimately lost his job and was labeled a “racist” and “white supremacist.”

Although just estimates, a representative from Evergreen said they expect around 350 freshman this fall, with a total of 3,000-3,100 total enrollment, both of which “do represent significant decreases as compared to before the 2017 unrest.”

“It’s a catastrophic drop, but I’m hoping we’ll recover,” Evergreen Professor Mike Paros told Fox News.

“Advocacy and activism rather than the pursuit of truth and knowledge is being promoted as a way of recruiting desperately needed new students,” Paros wrote. “Bringing in new faculty or guest speakers with conservative or centrist political perspectives is considered risky and out of the question at the moment. Fear and self-censorship is pervasive among Evergreen faculty, especially under the existing budget crisis.”

It looks like the left has taken yet another once successfull operation and destroyed it to suit their hate-filled, anti-intellectual leftism.

I mean, if you are a white student, why, exactly, would you ever pick a college like Evergreen where you have been specifically told to stay away? I know that Evergreen would be permanently off my list after that. How about you?

But this is what liberalism does. Liberals don’t create. They infest, instigate rot, then destroy their hosts. They don’t make things successful, they can only ruin what others have created before them.

Still, this might be a good thing. If you do not have the power to oppose them, you might  console yourself that liberals eventually eliminate themselves by their constant destruction of success. Since Evergreen State College is clearly “led” by weak left-wingers who are afraid to put these students in their place, their college will be destroyed by that weakness. And let’s hope it is sooner rather than later.

In the end, the truth is, these weakling administrators are reaping what they’ve sown.
