Candidate Runs Election Ad – Saying He’s been Arrested Ten Times

Richard Cash is running for the Republican nomination to the Senate from South Carolina.

He’s also made a very interesting advertisement campaigning on something most candidates would run away from. Mr. Cash has been arrested ten times, but it’s not what you think…

I’ve been here 10 times, arrested for peaceful protests at abortion clinics; standing up for what is right.

We need leaders now with the courage and resolve to stand against Washington’s abuse of power.

Marcia and I have eight children. They shouldn’t be burdened with a massive national debt.

And as the owner of two small businesses, I know Obamacare is hurting South Carolinians.

I’m Richard Cash, and I approve this message, because it’s time to stand up to Washington and replace Lindsey Graham.

He’s hoping to defeat several other primary candidates before facing off against the Democrat in November. He has a steep climb ahead of him because incumbent Senator Lindsey Graham has amassed a fortune to use in his own defense. But Cash is exactly the kind of candidate South Carolinians should want representing them…
