Pornstar Stormy Daniels will not be charged despite making “anatomical” contact with strip club patrons.
Stormy Daniels was performing in a strip club when THIS happened.
The charging docs obtained by WBNS @10TV allege Stormy Daniels violated Ohio law by touching a "specified anatomical area" of female and male officers posing as patrons, and also touched them with her own "specified anatomical area." pic.twitter.com/kykV6MlQfG

The people whose “specified anatomical areas” Daniels touched and those she touched with her “specified anatomical area” were undercover cops. So she was arrested. According to police, plainclothes officers were there as part of “a long-term investigation into allegations of human trafficking, prostitution, along with other vice related violations.” Two others were also arrested.
Nevertheless, her lawyer claimed it was all political.
Just rcvd word that my client @StormyDaniels was arrested in Columbus Ohio whole performing the same act she has performed across the nation at nearly a hundred strip clubs. This was a setup & politically motivated. It reeks of desperation. We will fight all bogus charges. #Basta

Stormy Daniels, the adult film actress who has made headlines for an alleged affair with Donald Trump, was arrested while performing Wednesday night at a Columbus, Ohio, strip club after allegedly having physical contact with patrons.
Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti in a Twitter post claimed the arrest “was politically motivated, and “reeks of desperation.”
Police said Daniels was busted after allegedly touching three different undercover vice police officers during her performance at the Sirens club […],
Court documents reportedly claim that Daniels, during her performance, forced faces of club customers into her breasts and used her exposed breast to smack their faces. She also allegedly fondled the breast of female customers.
The Columbus Police Department said in a statement posted to Twitter Thursday that the arrest was part of a “a long-term investigation into allegations of human trafficking, prostitution, along with other vice related violations.” Two other individuals were arrested in connection with the investigation, according to the police.
Then, the charges were quickly dropped. According to the prosecutor, sexual touching is only illegal if a regular employee does it. A touring pornstar can do what she wants with her “specified anatomical area” and those of others.
Does that sound plausible?
Prosecutors in Columbus, Ohio, on Thursday dropped all criminal charges against porn star Stormy Daniels, hours after police arrested her for alleged illegal physical contact with patrons at a local strip club during a performance there.
Columbus City Attorney Zach Klein said that after reviewing the charges, “I’ve determined that these crimes were not committed, based on the fact that Ms. Clifford [Daniels’ real last name] has not made regular appearances at this establishment as required under the law.”
“The charges have been dismissed,” said Klein, who also noted that “my office was not involved in this sting operation.”
The ultra-fast dismissal came after Daniels’ hard-charging lawyer Michael Avenatti accused police of being politically motivated in their arrest of the actress, who claims she had an affair with President Donald Trump in 2006.
