Trump’s ‘Space Force’ is Not that Crazy of an Idea

Over the last few weeks many of President Trump’s detractors have been mocking his idea to create a “space force” as the latest wing of our expanding military.

Some have seen it as the most “Trumpian” of Trump moves, and a simple search on Youtube or Google will find a plethora of videos and articles like this one, mocking the President:

But one of our preeminent scientists doesn’t agree with the consensus that a space force is crazy or “weird.” The brilliant astrophysicist, Neil deGrasse Tyson explained that Trump’s Space Force is a completely reasonable, and likely necessary next step for the United States.
