If you haven’t seen the video that sparked the debate, here it is:

The video has sparked an internet debate that has captured the minds and conversations of Americans everywhere, and is eerily reminiscent of the last major debate sparked by an internet question, the blue or white dress question:

The phenomenon has gotten so popular that its spread to the heights of our popular culture and our political culture as well!

Ellen Degeneres got into the conversation on her show this week:

Even the White House had their fun with the debate, with the President explaining to everyone that they weren’t actually hearing either Yanni or Laurel. No, the real message on the tape was… Covfefe!

Awesome, and very funny.
