The Liberal Horror of the Copenhagen Zoo

Denmark is a radically liberal country. Danes are liberals. Liberals hide behind pacifism while they are killers.  Fear makes them violent.  The pretense of kindness aggravates them to killing. Cowardice is an assassin’s impetus.

The other week a Danish Zoo killed a healthy, young giraffe named Marius.  To exaggerate a disgusting situation the zookeeper invited schoolchildren to watch Marius’s dismemberment and to witness his feeding him to the lions.

The zookeeper doesn’t understand the heart.  He is a liberal ideologue.  He invents a reason for killing Marius and coldly follows his logic. As Lionel Goldberg says, Liberals are fascists. They don’t feel so they act within logical parameters.

giraffe3The zookeeper allowed schoolchildren to watch under the pretense of teaching children about life.  What about hiding them from the disgusting, cruel parts of life?  What about introducing them to love? What about letting Marius go?

The following week the zoo announced that it killed four healthy lions to make way for a young male lion.

They had genetic excuses for killing them but all were false logic and none represented the exigencies of the heart.  Also, the zoo never explained why it couldn’t have sent the animals off to some preserve to live out their lives.

Liberals think with their constricted brains and work out logical schemes to kill animals without resorting to feelings or consideration. They justify death through the European Assn. of Zoos or any governing body that can excuse their cruelty. Bureaucracy is an ax that cuts through the neck of individual freedom.

Even when there was a great deal of interest in saving the life of Marius, the zoo refused to let him go, citing regulations of its governing organization, its dictatorship of zoos. We might consider this organizational terror.  Murdering animals under the aegis of governmental rules. Hitler’s running around in short pants and official zoo shirts. Pandering to death under the aegis of rationalizing.
