What We’re Reading March 21, 2014

We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading Friday March 21, 2014.

Rand Paul entered the lion’s den (at UC Berkeley in Southern California) and was treated to several standing ovation from what was a “conflicted” crowd. It’s not often a conservative Republican can enter the halls of Berkeley and be treated to applause…

Venezuela’s dictator and his cronies continue to crack down on the people of that nation.

Russia isn’t the only nation thumbing their nose at our President – Cuba continues to make our diplomatic efforts look … feeble.

Meanwhile, First Lady Michelle Obama is vacationing in yet another country that continues to defy our political moves at nearly every attempt.

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker’s opponent has kicked off her campaign by lying about the Governor’s record. Now she’s apologizing – kind of, sort of… not really.

Whoops… watch her “apologize”…

We must reform our criminal justice system.

If you want free condoms… go to High School in Chicago.
