Ingraham Slams McCabe: ‘If Any of Us Did That, We’d Be in Jail’

It seems more and more often that government officials are getting away with murder. They continuously break the law and get away with it…while the rest of us would have been thrown behind bars instantly.

Fox News’ Laura Ingraham blasted FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe for his “outrageous lack of truthfulness.” She added that if any of us had done something like that, we would “already be in jail.”

Senate Minority Whip Richard Durbin of Illinois said President Donald Trump “put out a hit” on McCabe, while Rep. Mark Pocan of Wisconsin said it proves Trump “lacks human decency.”

Ingraham criticized Durbin’s and Pocan’s silence on the other half of the story – that McCabe had previously stepped away from the bureau over allegations he leaked information about the Clinton email scandal to the press.

“Frankly, he should’ve been sacked a long time ago,” she continued, “If any of us had done what McCabe did, we’d probably already be in jail.”

Ingraham pointed out that Democrats excuse similar shortcoming of people they support while attacking opponents like Trump.

This has happened time and time again. For example, Hillary Clinton has literally gotten away with her plethora of crimes. Why isn’t she behind bars, yet?
