Just days ago, Hawaii sent out a false ballistic missile alert that read, “BALLISTIC MISSILE THREAT INBOUND TO HAWAII. SEEK IMMEDIATE SHELTER. THIS IS NOT A DRILL”
That alert went out for 38 minutes before it was finally corrected. No one knew what was happening for over half an hour!
Then on Tuesday, Japan did the same thing!

Japan’s public broadcaster, NHK, made an announcement saying that “it appears that North Korea has launched a missile.”
However, they quickly took down the alert, which was published on their website and app, after about five minutes of being posted.
Last year, North Korea tested a series of intercontinental ballistic missiles — including many that either landed in the Sea of Japan or flew over the nation’s economic zone — prompting swift condemnation from the international community.
After North Korea’s latest missile launch in November, the U.N. Security Council slapped more stringent restrictions on economic activity with the Hermit Kingdom.
But in recent weeks, North Korea offered hope for diplomacy surrounding its nuclear program after meeting with South Korean officials at the beginning of the new year.
North Korea agreed to send a delegation to the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, an event the White House hoped would encourage the North to end its international isolation by tamping down its controversial nuclear program.
White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders stated last week, “The North Korean participation is an opportunity for the regime to see the value of ending international isolation by denuclearizing.”
“With all of the failed ‘experts’ weighing in, does anybody really believe that talks and dialogue would be going on between North and South Korea right now if I wasn’t firm, strong and willing to commit our total ‘might’ against the North,” President Trump tweeted out.
I would like to know what’s going on. Is this part of some bigger picture that we aren’t seeing? How could two countries have a false missile alert within days of each other?
