Movie director Ridley Scott was asked about the message of his new movie for America, and he brought up the tax reform.
The famous movie director Ridley Scott has plenty of Liberal credentials, but either because he has some honesty and knowledge of business or because he realizes that Trump supporters watch movies, he made positive comments about tax reform. He was asked about his new movie, All The Money in the World, and how it might apply to what is going on in the U.S.
As a result, a non-political audience got to hear that allowing people to keep their money allows and motivates them to provide opportunities for others.
The Washington Free Beacon reports, “Ridley Scott Defends Republican Tax Bill: Clever Business Owners Will Reinvest, Generate Economic Growth.”
“Then you’re going to get growth and therefore (people) will get employed,” Scott added. “My concern is with the elderly, the infirm and the youth who need to have chances and shots for every level, and equality in education. But you have to use it. You have to get your (expletive) head down and use it.”
