The Unborn Took the Real Loss in Alabama Special Election

The Alabama special election to fill a U.S. Senate seat was extremely important.

Democratic candidate Doug Jones took the win against Conservative candidate Judge Roy Moore. As I look at social media platforms and listen to the news following the election, I see just how much influence the media has over people.

Roy Moore had the backing of the Evangelicals as well as President Donald Trump. However, that was not enough to save him once nasty allegations were thrown against him, accusing him of sexual misconduct with minors.

Moore maintained his innocence and frankly, I believe him. There was no proof of the allegations (from 40 years ago) yet they were held as absolute fact.

Many Republicans turned on him out of politically correct fear, and turned to Jones as the alternative. They would rather have a man who openly advocates the murder of unborn children than a man who has been accused but not proven (another trick of the left) of pedophilia.

AL reports:

In an interview this week with AL.com at his Huntsville campaign office, Jones said he wanted “to be clear” where he stood in the aftermath of a national interview with MSNBC that included abortion and led some political observers in the state to speculate he had damaged his campaign.

“To be clear, I fully support a woman’s freedom to choose to what happens to her own body. That is an intensely, intensely personal decision that only she, in consultation with her god, her doctor, her partner or family, that’s her choice,” Jones said.

“Having said that, the law for decades has been that late-term procedures are generally restricted except in the case of medical necessity. That’s what I support. I don’t see any changes in that. It is a personal decision,” he added.

We are talking about millions of babies’ lives here. Not only did Moore and Republicans take a loss here, but so the unborn children did as well.
