Writer Milo Yiannopoulos, the former Breitbart editor, was dropped from Daily Caller after an opinion piece that he wrote.
On Saturday, Yiannopoulos posted to Facebook stating that the publication had “caved to pressure and canceled my weekly column.”
He said, “Sad news: The Daily Caller has caved to pressure and cancelled my weekly column after a day, claiming, falsely, they never planned to run weekly contributions from me.”
Milo continued, “Where will it end? So: no new MILO column for now. This sort of cowardice is why the Right in America loses and will keep losing the culture wars.”
Editor-in-Chief Geoffrey Ingersoll allegedly confirmed Milo’s departure. He was let go after his article that blasted Kevin Spacey for the sexual harassment allegations that he’d forced himself upon teenage boys, as well as other meant.
Milo stated that in today’s society it is more dangerous to be straight than to be an LGBT American. He said, “Once upon a time, a teacher might be fired for being gay. These days you’re more likely to be fired for being straight.”
“Women’s basketball is 98 percent lesbian, per Stanford player Candice Wiggins, so LeNoir should be grateful for her excommunication,” Yiannopoulos writes about former professional basketball player Camille LeNoir. “The locker room stench must be ungodly enough on its own.”
Yiannopoulos lost the support of billionaire investor Robert Mercer after an explosive BuzzFeed investigation revealed a video of Yiannopoulos singing in a bar surrounded by Richard Spencer and other white nationalists. Many members of the crowd are seen making Nazi salutes.
“I’m disappointed, to put it mildly,” Yiannopoulos said, “Never mind book publishers — even right-wing media these days are spineless in the face of outrage mobs, Twitter protests and frothing establishment Republicans.”
