Boom! Chelsea Clinton Smacked with $150k Lawsuit

Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of Hillary and Bill Clinton, has lived an extremely easy and cushioned life. Just out of college she was making six figures and never even had to raise a cent for student loans.

Despite her easy life, her family has been the center of controversy for years. Her father is a former president, who faced impeachment, and her mother ran for president but failed miserably to Donald Trump due to her corruption. The entire family is crooked, fraudulent, and evil, and now it appears as if Chelsea has added one more thing to her “Clinton resume”: plagiarism.

An author is suing Clinton for $150k for stealing his book idea. Christopher Janes Kimberley claims that her book, “She Persisted,” plagiarizes his children’s story, “A Heart is the Part The Makes Boys and Girls Smart.”

Conservative Tribune:

In a suit filed last Thursday in the Southern District of New York court, Kimberley, 56, alleged that he sent a pitch for the illustrated kids’ book to Jennifer Loja, president of Penguin Young Readers, back in May of 2013.

The book included quotes from female leaders; at least three of the same quotes from figures Kimberley included — Helen Keller, Harriet Tubman and Nellie Bly — appeared in Clinton’s book. In his suit, Kimberley says that Loja passed the idea on to Clinton, who then used it for her book.

According to the U.K. Daily Mail, Kimberly had also issued a cease-and-desist order to Penguin in April, before the book’s May 30 publishing date.

The suit notes that “She Persisted” chronicles “13 American Women Who Changed the World” and alleges it’s an “unauthorized reproduction of (Kimberly’s) work.”

“The appearance of impropriety is striking,” it adds.

In an interview with the Post, Kimberley was significantly less decorous regarding Clinton’s alleged plagiarism.“I did months of painstaking research on my book. Her version looks like a ninth-grade homework assignment,” he said. “I am in disbelief.”

The Clintons probably won’t even fight nor deny it. In fact, Chelsea may pull a page out of Hillary’s handbook and even admit that she plagiarized it because the Clinton’s are “above the law.”

They will likely just pay the guy off and go on with their lives…..Hopefully he doesn’t turn up in a ditch like most of the Clinton foes!
