Trump’s Justice Department will have to jail Loretta Lynch if emails surface that prove she hampered the investigation of Hillary Clinton for political reasons.
According to Judge Andrew Napolitano, if evidence is found to back up allegations about the former Attorney General, the conviction would jail Loretta Lynch for five to ten years. The allegation is that there was email communication between Loretta Lynch and Debora Wasserman that will prove Lynch is guilty of crime.
But how likely is it that Lynch would send such incriminating information in an email? Wouldn’t that have been reserved for her private meeting with Bill Clinton?
Napolitano didn’t mention that secret meeting in his appearance on Fox Business News, but treated the emails as a serious possibility.
there is one or several emails between Debbie Wasserman Shultz and Loretta Lynch concerning the behavior that Loretta Lynch will take to further the DNC interests while Mrs. Lynch was the Attorney General, that if it happened, would be misconduct in office.
