Congressman Jason Chaffetz: ‘I Want Leakers in Handcuffs’

Congressman Jason Chaffetz stated that he wants all leakers to be in handcuffs and we could not agree more!

Chaffets, the Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, is going to be retiring from congress at the end of the month, but that won’t stop him from making his voice heard!

When speaking about the White House leakers in an interview with Martha MacCallum on Fox News he said, “I want people in handcuffs!” Chaffetz continued, “They have got to get after these leaks. I want people in handcuffs and I want to see people behind bars.”

He added, “I don’t care if you’re Republican or Democrat, doesn’t what administration. When you have classified information, you cannot put that out there just because you think it would be a good idea.”

It is a breath of fresh air to see government officials actually doing their job and speaking out against injustices. I am happy to see Chaffetz advocating the arrest go anyone who is leaking classified information. I also hope they make an example out of Reality Winner (yeah, that’s her real name). She is the 25-year-old leaker who was arrested in Georgia this past weekend. She had access to the information via her top secret security clearance.
