When it comes to their rights, is there anything people in California won’t give up? It sure seems like they really don’t care about freedom, or if they have it.
Comedian, activist and author Mark Dice is once again proving that there is no reason to trust your fellow citizens with your freedom. We seem to generally operate with a mindset that “democracy is good,” but we forget that a democracy means other people are making decisions for us. And as Mark Dice shows us in this video, allowing other people a say in our decisions is a very dangerous proposition.
It’s not even like Dice tries all that hard; listen to what he is saying.
“We want to repeal the 3rd Amendment to keep the housing prices down for the military folks… just support Obama and support the troops.”
“These military folks are clean and orderly people, so they won’t dirty up your house too much whilst we eliminate the 3rd Amendment and you can quarter them in your house if they just want to come in.”
“They (soldiers) can choose what house they want to live in, maybe in your house or anybody’s house really. That whole not quartering troops during peacetime, 3rd Amendment is just kinda unfair, right?”
“By repealing the 3rd Amendment we could increase their housing options. Maybe they could do some house sitting and things in a house that they choose. We’re just trying to modernise the Bill Of Rights.”
“They should be able to come into your house and they can quarter there forever if they want to.”
Does this scare you? It should. How easily people are led astray – now imagine how they might vote if someone from the Obama administration told them that Obamacare was “great!” They are easily swayed, which is why President Obama was reelected. The media told foolish people like these that everything is fine, there are no problems and life is great. The suckers bought it hook, line and sinker… which actually made us (the non-Obamaphiles) the real suckers – because we have to live with their stupid decisions.
Be afraid, be very afraid. We live among idiots.
