Amidst all the bad or scary news, here is an uplifting story:

Turkish Airlines crew members helped deliver a baby girl, when her mother went into labor 42,000 feet in the air!

Nafi Diaby  was flying from Conarky, Guinea to Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso.

India Today reports:

The cabin crew swung into action and helped the woman deliver the baby. One of the flight attendants, Bouthayna Inanir, said, “Te mother gave birth while standing, and we received help from several other passengers.”

The little princess was named ‘Kadiju’, and was taken the hospital with her mother when their plane made an emergency landing.
