To many people, the very mention of Nevada brings visions of gambling and liberalism. However, that is not necessarily an accurate portrayal of state.
Now they are on their way adding public libraries and their parking lots, to the list of public gun-free zones. It’s known as Senate Bill 115 which states:
“Existing law prohibits a person from carrying or possession certain weapons while on the property of the Nevada System of Higher Education or a private or public school or child care facility or while in a vehicle of a private or public school or child care facility and provides that any person who violates such a provision is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
