We all know that governments in the Middle East love the Clintons. High-ranking government officials from Qatar, Morocco (technically North Africa), Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia have given tens of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation during Hillary’s tenure as Secretary of State in quid-pro-quo contexts.
In an interview with Australian, UK-based journalist John Pilger, Julian Assange reiterated what he thought was the most explosive revelation so far from all the emails that his organization has leaked. It was an email from 2014 in which Hillary Clinton herself stated that the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia “are providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL [or ISIS] and other radical Sunni groups.”
In other words, the same people – not just people from the same country – but the same people who are providing financial support for ISIS are also funneling millions of dollars into the Clinton machine.
“All serious analysts know, and even the US government has agreed, that some Saudi figures have been supporting ISIS and funding ISIS, but the dodge has always been that it is some ‘rogue’ princes using their oil money to do whatever they like, but actually the government disapproves. But that email says that it is the government of Saudi Arabia, and the government of Qatar that have been funding ISIS.”
Consider how little it takes for our own federal government to come down hard on someone for “suspicious” ties to a terrorist organization. It doesn’t take much. Maybe federal agents witnessed you talking to someone who was actually next door neighbors with a person who knew someone else who might be friends with a member of a terrorist group. That’s all the “suspicious” they need to detain you and interrogate you about your supposed “ties” to terrorism.
And yet, here we have a presidential candidate – who will likely be the next president – who’s basically openly admitting not just to vague, “suspicious” ties, but blatantly taking tens of millions from them. You can’t ask for a better confession, especially from a habitual liar like Hillary Clinton. I’m sure if questioned about the meant-to-be-private confession, she’ll say that she “doesn’t recall” sending it.
