Well the folks at Liberty Bottleworks are busier than ever, and it’s thanks in large part to the recent controversy with their unruly customer. Co-Founder Ryan Clark responded to one irate customer’s attacks on the company with humor and honesty – and it seems to have inspired others to shop at Liberty Bottleworks.
I wonder what lessons are to be learned here. Is it just that any publicity is good publicity? Or is there something more we can take away?
Whatever they may be, Liberty Bottleworks seems to have learned them, as business has never been better.
