What We’re Reading June 25, 2016

We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

You’re welcome.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading, Saturday, June 25, 2016.

The curse of Hillaryism: In a change election, Clinton is asking voters to choose more of the same.

The Supreme Court just smacked down President Obama’s lawless amnesty efforts.

The Democrat Party has abandoned the Constitution. They’ve abandoned the Bill of Rights. And they’ve most assuredly abandoned Due Process.

What, the what? Dr. Ben Carson just argued that we should re-evaluate our “need” for the 2nd Amendment. Dr. Carson thinks that we should consider eliminating that natural, God-given right.

Americans, we should be celebrating the #Brexit vote and congratulating our cousins across the pond for choosing to take hold of their independence and walking away from the corrupt European Union (EU). The “Remain” camp worked hard to terrify the British people into choosing to stay tethered to the European Union, but their efforts failed. While our British friends are the first nation to walk away from the EU, they likely won’t be the last. In Denmark, the Netherlands, and even in Italy support for leaving the EU is upwards of 50%, and after the UK’s exit, that number will likely climb. Gary North explains how everyone could have gotten the #Brexit vote so wrong. Prime Minister David Cameron will step down as leader of the Conservatives in order to allow a pro-Brexit conservative to take the lead of the government.

The British people have defied their jailers and have chosen to be free.

The next major vote could see Scotland sever their connection with the UK and choose to side with the EU instead.
