Our good friend “Irish” Jon tackled the notion that the GOP establishment knows how to win an election better than the voters do in a recent podcast of his show “Freedom’s Disciple”.
The simple truth is that voters don’t like moderate squishes because they convey a spirit of unease and vacillation to voters. Voters want someone with convictions and principles, and the moderate middle simply equivocates far too often for us to be comfortable with.
How many times have you heard a version of the following statement – Conservatives can’t win. Conservatives don’t appeal to anyone. I like this candidate BUT they just can’t win. This is nothing but spin and lies and it is time we break that myth.
I break down this myth by looking at recent Presidential elections with facts and figures and prove who actually wins between Rinos and Conservatives and explain how the results are not even close. Lastly I share a couple of inspirational stories from Ronald Reagan and how he stood up when it was not popular.
