What We’re Reading October 12, 2015

We hope you’re having a great day wherever you are and that the news we dig up for you this morning helps you navigate the day more efficiently!

It’s a busy world out there, and you don’t have a ton of free time to be doing Internet searches for the most important items of the day… lucky for you, we do. We drink gallons of coffee in an effort to stay awake long enough to scour the far reaches of the world wide web in an effort to bring you the most important, useful and useless information every single day.

You’re welcome.

So without further ado, here’s what we’re reading, Monday October 12, 2015.

Hillary Clinton continues her long and tortured collapse into the annals of American infamy. Even as she continues to fall, she is still trying to claw her way to the top of the political heap by regurgitating that tired (and desperate) old line… “Did I mention I’m a woman?”

Even the folks who LOVE Hillary Clinton don’t actually believe anything that she has to say –

But all of this misses what I find so fascinating… it’s almost impossible to find someone who takes what Clinton says or does at face value. If you’re not on her payroll, or auditioning to get on it one day, or just painfully naive, you simply start from the assumption that Clinton is unencumbered by any principles that might prove inconvenient to her political ambitions.

No wonder she’s running scared from a socialist.

Did you know that New Jersey Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ) is still campaigning to be the GOP’s next candidate for President? He is, and it’s because he still sees a path to the White House for his campaign.

Is Donald Trump the greatest Las Vegas lounge act EVER?

Iraqis no longer trust the USA to be of any use in their war against ISIS; they are now begging Russia to defend their people against the evil terrorist scourge.

For his part, Russian President Vladimir Putin says that his nation has no desire to get involved in an inter-religious war in Syria.

Syria’s Bashar Assad is hoping that with Putin’s help he can force the West into either supporting him or ISIS.

Finding comfort.
