If you’re a conservative you’ve probably become inured to the constant attack on our side from the media. You’ve also likely become cynical about the media’s coverage of the left, knowing that since most of the media is on the left, they’ll likely be biased against our opinions and towards our adversaries. That makes reports like these two from CNN all the more gratifying. In two segments, CNN’s two most important and serious anchors, Anderson Cooper and Don Lemon, tear apart the Obama administration for their failures and rhetoric on Obamacare.
First, Anderson Cooper basically implies that the Obama administration is lying about the fact that they cannot tell us how many people have signed up so far for Obamacare.
I completely understand Cooper’s incomprehension of the idea that the administration can’t give us real numbers. They are lying, Anderson.
The Obamacare rollout has been a disaster and if they admit to how few people have actually signed up thus far, they’ll have basically signed Obamacare’s death certificate. The administration is hoping that they can continue to pour money into advertising for Obamacare with high profile celebrities, and maybe the result will be that registration will start to pick up in the coming months. But if they admit now, — how bad things are — no one will sign up. So they have to mislead, misdirect and outright lie to keep up the charade.
The second video is even more fun to watch as Don Lemon holds nothing back, calling the Obamacare rollout a train wreck and placing the blame squarely on the Obama administration’s shoulders. He even goes so far as to say, “It’s embarrassing that they had so much time to figure this out and they haven’t figured it out.”
Wow. Well CNN, thank you for at least a few minutes of unbiased, straightforward political coverage. Watch out though… if you keep up this kind of reporting, your ratings might go up!
